If they don´t respond
Check their response
Place one hand on top of the other on the center of their chest, between their nipples
- If the person has normal breathing, DO NOT start chest compressions. Doing so may cause the heart to stop beating.
- Mouth-to-mouth is no longer necessary.
- DO NOT stop making the compressions. even if you are tired.
- Place your hands correctly.
Check if they are breathing and their pulse.
Talk to them
Call 911/112. Follow the next steps if they are not breathing
Interlock your fingers and press down the chest (about 2 inches), repeat this at 100-120 compressions per minute
Shake them or pinch them
