2. Contributing to global fairness in the digital space: Virtual exchange program accessible to those otherwise unable to go on exchange
2. Longitudinal survey of sustainability competencies (before and after program)
3. Facilitating shared pedagogical practice that deepens awareness of and fosters action around DEI
3. Sustainability awareness training via an asynchronous micro-learning module on SDGs, including quizzes
4. SDGs addressed and incorporated into the program
