01. INTRODUCTION
INTRODUCTION -WHAT IS A ROOM?
A room is a space that can be occupied or where something can be done, especially viewed in terms of whether there is enough. It's etymology comes from a Middle English word 'roum', from Old English rum meaning "space, extent; sufficient space, fit occasion (to do something),"
However, the word room defined in the subject of FOS pertains to a specific space that someone occupies by means of paying the owner of the room itself. (Meaning, it's subject to voluntary occupation and payment).
