To move reports or dashboards from your Personal folder to a Shared dashboard, from any blank Explore page, click the four-square icon.
Click the Personal icon which opens reports in your Personal folder.
Select the dashboard you want to move to a Shared dashboard.
From the dashboard screen that opens, click the folder icon.
From the Folder Content menu, click My Folder. This opens dashboards in your Personal folder.
Hover over the dashboard you want to move, then click the kebab icon.
Click Move to.
Now, go back to the previous screen so you can select the folder you want to move the dashboard to.
Click Group. This opens the Shared dashboard folder.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click Move Here.
This completes moving the dashboard from your Personal folder to the Shared folder.

To move reports or dashboards from your Personal folder to a Shared dashboard, from any blank Explore page, click the four-square icon.
Click the Personal icon which opens reports in your Personal folder.
Select the dashboard you want to move to a Shared dashboard.
From the dashboard screen that opens, click the folder icon.
From the Folder Content menu, click My Folder. This opens dashboards in your Personal folder.
Hover over the dashboard you want to move, then click the kebab icon.
Click Move to.
Now, go back to the previous screen so you can select the folder you want to move the dashboard to.
Click Group. This opens the Shared dashboard folder.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click Move Here.
This completes moving the dashboard from your Personal folder to the Shared folder.
