Create a Priority Boost

Exercise: We'll create a Priority Boost that helps our Customers that are reaching about a Return through our Chat.To get started, click Add Priority Boost from within People Match.

Click in the Name field to add a short description for the boost.

Next let's start building the Criteria for the boost. Click ＋ Add Condition.

Click Select condition for a dropdown of Criteria options.

Select Inbox as the condition.

Click Select inbox.

Here you can either choose from the available list of Inboxes or search for the Inbox that you need.For this example, we'll search for Returns.

Select the Returns Inbox.

Click ＋ Add Condition to add onto the Criteria that is being built.

Click the Select condition dropdown.

Click Search.

Click Channel from the search results.

Click the Select channels dropdown.

Select Chat.

Now our Criteria is telling People Match to look for Customers that are inquiring about Returns through our Chat Channel.Click anywhere on the screen to continue.

Click the dropdown under Boost Size.

Select Medium from the available options.Medium will provide a boost of 3 points.

Click Add Priority Boost to create the boost.

Finally, remember to click click Enable Changes to ensure the new boost is activated.
