#3 vibrations are amplified by the osscicles then sent to the cochlea through the oval window.

#1 earlobe receives & gathers sound waves.

#5 the nerve impulses are then sent through the auditory nerve to the brain to be interpreted.

#2 ear canal channels the sound waves to the eardrum causing it to vibrate

#4 nerve cells in the cochlea convert the sound vibrations to the nerve impulses.
