Jandel Allen-Davis, MD Jandel Allen-Davis, MD is the President and CEO of Craig Hospital in Denver, Colorado, a world-renowned rehabilitation hospital that exclusively specializes in the neurorehabilitation and research for patients with spinal cord injury and brain injury. Prior to Craig, Dr. Allen-Davis was the Vice President of Government, External Relations and Research for Kaiser Permanente Colorado from 2009-2018. In that role, she led the organization’s government relations and regulatory affairs, community relations and community benefit investment, clinical and health services research, stakeholder engagement, communications, and advertising and marketing functions. Dr. Allen-Davis is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and was in active practice for 25 years. A graduate of Dartmouth College and Dartmouth Medical School, Dr. Allen-Davis completed her residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Allen-Davis is an active participant in the community and currently serves on the boards of Denver Botanic Gardens, the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, Denver Museum of Nature and Science, and AdvanceEDU. Dr. Allen-Davis also serves as a Class C Director of the Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank Board of Governors. She is married to a Dartmouth College graduate, Anthony Davis (‘82) and they have two children, one of whom graduated from Dartmouth College in 2009. She enjoys gardening and hiking and is a fiber artist whose work has been displayed in several galleries over the years.

BRIAN KIGHT Brian Kight is the founder of DIGNVS, LLC and the author of DailyDiscipline.com, a daily memo on personal discipline with over 32,550 subscribers. Its central mission is to help people build the discipline they need to accomplish what they want, as fast and reliably as possible. Brian is also the Leadership Architect for RallyDay Partners.

HALEY HARBAUGH, EDD Haley R. Harbaugh, EdD is the Sr. Director of Growth Initiatives (Leadership Development) for CiviCO and Owner and Principal Consultant of Talent/Career Development for Cowrie Talent Solutions LLC. Haley has nearly 15 years of experience in learning and development and talent management. She joined CiviCO in early 2023 and prior to joining CiviCO worked for DaVita Inc for nearly 10 years. She supported adult education in several departments, including patient, physician, teammate, and most recently, leadership development. During her tenure with DaVita Inc, Haley led multi-functional teams that spanned the areas of performance management, project management, learning assessment, learning services support, and leadership development. Haley found her passion is helping people get where they want to go in their career, which prompted her to found Cowrie Talent Solutions LLC. Haley received a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree with a focus in Mind, Brain, and Teaching from Johns Hopkins University in 2021. She is a mentor for University of Colorado Boulder LEEDS School of Business and received her certification as a SHRM-SCP. Originally from Ohio, Haley lives in Denver, Colorado with her son Ronin and two cats.

KATIE KRAMER As President & CEO, Katie has come full-circle with the Boettcher Foundation. She was selected as a Boettcher Scholar in 1993 and has been at the foundation in various roles since 1997, including as the director of the scholarship program and vice president—a title she assumed at the age of 26. Katie has been recognized as one of the Denver Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” and the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce’s “Top 25 Most Powerful Women.” A fourth-generation Colorado native, Katie attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where she was a Presidents Leadership Class Scholar and honors graduate at the Leeds School of Business. In 2009, she completed her Executive MBA at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business. Katie has served extensively in the community on both local and national boards. She currently serves on the boards of CU’s Center for Leadership, the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Denver, Inc., the Governor’s Residence Preservation Fund, Philanthropy Colorado and YPO Colorado (past chapter chair). Katie is a harmonica-playing, trout-catching, Star Wars-watching, country-dancing, scuba-diving, elk-hunting, Grand Canyon-rafting, mountain-hiking, family-loving, outdoor enthusiast. She lives in Arvada with her husband and two young sons.

PUJA MEHTA Puja is a Director of Diversity and Belonging in the Talent Group at DaVita. She previously worked in healthcare advisory at Ernst & Young, particularly focused on clinical operations, M&A integrations, and change management. Prior to EY, she worked at DaVita developing and piloting integrated care processes and tools for high-risk patients and their broader care teams. Puja started her career at Liberty Mutual Insurance in a leadership development program primarily focused on customer experience. Puja earned her BS in Business Administration and Economics from Babson College, her MBA from the University of Michigan, and her SHRM-CP. In her free time, Puja is a birth doula, yoga instructor, and photographer who enjoys exploring the great outdoors with her husband and dog.

ZANETA KELSEY Zaneta Kelsey is a business strategist who has worked with some of the world’s largest tech companies to bring new and unique solutions to the market. Leveraging her background in technology, marketing, and customer experience, she has customer success wins around the globe. Her customer-first approach provides critical insights that enable growth and fuel innovation. She is the co-founder and CEO of Access Mode, a business accelerator that cultivates founders of color along their entrepreneurial journey. She works closely with tech start-ups providing guidance and marketing support that empowers them to effectively build their brand strategy and customer experience from the ground-up. Zaneta is also the founder of Delightsum, a consultancy that offers strategic services for brand development, customer insights and market research, key messaging, content curation, and lead generation. She has worked with brands including Microsoft, IBM, Qualcomm, HP, and Dell and has delivered new and differentiated IoT product offerings into the market. Through her leadership of global teams, Zaneta has developed trust, centralized business functions, and brought out the best in her teammates, while having contributed to year over year growth for multiple $1B+ business units. Her marketing savvy background, combined with her ability to inspire and connect deeply with people has been contagious in others accelerating growth. Zaneta earned a degree in Computer Information Systems at the University of Maryland and has a master’s degree in Counseling. She is passionate about diversity in talent and in thought. Zaneta welcomes opportunities to elevate underserved and underrepresented groups. She created the first National Society of Black Engineers Jr chapter in the state of Colorado because of the impact the organization had on her during her college years. Zaneta is very active in the Colorado professional community. She has served as a State of Colorado Commissioner on the Business Experiential Learning Commission, has served as a mentor and volunteer for Energize Colorado, is a Governor’s Fellow Alumna, is a member of the Colorado Community College System board, is a member of the Colorado Technology Association (CTA), and leads the women’s ministry at the Embassy Church. She has been nominated as an Outstanding Woman in Business by the Denver Business Journal. Zaneta’s greatest joy is being wife to Derrick and mother to Andrew and Zachary.

ANGEL JOHNSON Angel Johnson is the CEO and Founder of ICONI, a motivational activewear line for women and men, that donates 10% of profits to nonprofit organizations. Through her business, she empowers others with her philanthropy and her messaging of power, strength, and versatility. Angel's business ICONI was selected by Oprah Winfrey to be featured on Oprah's Favorite Things 2020 in her first year of business and named as one of the Most Charitable Women's Activewear Brands by Women's Health Magazine. Additionally, her business has been featured in Shape Magazine, Buzzfeed, People Magazine, Denver's 303 Magazine, and The Denver Post. Lastly, her business donated to nonprofit organizations throughout the pandemic including Clothes to Kids of Denver, The Food Bank of the Rockies, Girls on the Run of the Rockies, The Minnesota Freedom Fund, and My Sister's House - Charleston. Angel is an Air Force veteran and one of the first 100 Black Women to graduate from The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina.

JESSIE POCOCK Jessie Pocock (she/her) is the executive director and CEO of Inside Out Youth Services (IOYS), an LGBTQIA2+ youth-serving nonprofit based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Jessie is charged with mobilizing resources, people, community, policy, and strategy in service of Inside Out’s mission, to build access, equity, and power with LGBTQIA2+ young people. Pocock, who was born in Colorado Springs, earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Colorado College and a master’s in public administration from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, and was awarded an honorary doctorate from Colorado College in 2022. She currently serves as a commissioner on the Colorado State Suicide Prevention Commission, and serves on the advisory council for Colorado’s Behavioral Health Administration. Prior to her work at IOYS, she worked as a grassroots organizer with One Colorado advancing statewide LGBTQIA2+ inclusive policies; was executive director of the LEAD Foundation; and served as the vice chair of the Colorado Civil Rights Commission. Jessie Pocock is a queer activist, poet, and community organizer committed to the liberation of LGBTIA2+ young people.

ANNA STOUT Biography Anna has lived in Grand Junction since 1989 and is a graduate of D51 schools and Colorado Mesa University. She a nonprofit executive, business owner, and public servant with almost 20 years of nonprofit and business experience. Anna is a Certified Animal Welfare Administrator (CAWA), one of just over 200 people worldwide to hold that distinction. Professional Career Anna Stout has served as the CEO of the Roice-Hurst Humane Society since 2015, during which time the organization has won multiple business and nonprofit awards. Under her leadership, Roice-Hurst launched the first-of-its-kind co-sheltering program for people experiencing homelessness with their pets, Homeward Hounds. It was also one of the first shelters nationwide to hire a human social worker and started the innovative Community Health Through Shelter Pets Initiative. In 2021, the organization opened a second location offering sheltering services in and around Delta. Anna was elected to the Grand Junction City Council in 2019 for District C and currently serves as the President of Council/Mayor. She served as President pro tem/Mayor pro tem from 2021-2022. Anna is the founder and president of the Foundation for Cultural Exchange, a local nonprofit founded in 2004 to facilitate Grand Junction's official sister city relationship in El Espino, El Salvador. She also organizes citizen exchange delegations to the country, including previously an annual spay/neuter brigade aimed at improving animal, human, environmental, and community health in the sister city community. Anna is a Certified Court Interpreter and ATA Certified Translator from Spanish to English and owns Transfinem Language and Cultural Services. She has worked extensively within the legal and medical fields and with Spanish-speaking populations throughout the state, including as an upper-division Spanish instructor at Colorado Mesa University and as an interpreter trainer throughout the Western Slope. Education Anna has a Master's degree in Global Affairs with an emphasis on Organizational Leadership from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's in Spanish Literature and Language and Applied Professional Spanish with a minor in International Relations from Colorado Mesa University. Anna is an alumna of the Colorado Governors Fellowship and a Gates Family Foundation Fellow of the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government Senior Executives in State and Local Government program. Public Service Anna has served on many boards and commissions in Grand Junction and throughout the state. She currently sits on the Animal Welfare Association of Colorado board of directors, including as the co-chair of its Advocacy Committee, the Rocky Mountain Public Media board of directors, and serves as the Council liaison to the Colorado Municipal League, Associated Governments of Northwest Colorado, and Visit Grand Junction. She formerly served on the Business Incubator Center board, the Mesa County Animal Services Advisory Board, the Grand Junction Downtown Development Authority board, the Grand Junction Commission on Arts and Culture board, the KAFM Community Advisory Board, and the Colorado Association of Professional Interpreters, among others. Personal Life Anna's passions are aimless travel, writing, hiking, her menagerie of pets (including the many neonatal foster kittens she cares for each year), and forging connections.

MICHAEL DILL, P.C. Mike provides comprehensive legal services to all types of clients, including emerging growth companies, publicly-traded companies, private companies, private equity firms, venture capital firms, and others, at every stage of the corporate life cycle. He excels at helping clients raise capital, complete acquisitions and divestitures, and close strategic transactions. His practice includes serving as outside general counsel to clients across multiple industries, with a focus on providing services to consumer product, energy, outdoor recreation, services, and technology clients. Mike’s approach to the practice of law is to always put the client first.

DR. PAUL A. WIGGINS JR. Dr. Paul A Wiggins Jr was born in New Market, England. As a military child he was relocated all over Europe and finally planted his roots in Colorado Springs, CO in 1988. As a military child, building resiliency was something he had to learn at an early age because of the consistent changes that came with being a military child. In 2000, he followed his father’s footsteps and joined the Air Force reserve. In March of 2021, he retired after 21 years of serving his county as a First Sergeant. Outside of the military, Dr. Wiggins also worked 15 years as a DoD Government contractor with various companies. Currently, he is a Consulting Configuration Manager for V2X. While working full time and serving in the reserve, in 2008, he graduated from The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. In 2009, he attended Colorado Technical University where he received his Masters of Since in Enterprise Information Systems. Finally, in March of 2015, he decided to reach new heights and go for a personal goal that many said would not be achievable for him. He enrolled for his Doctorate of Management with the emphasis on Executive Leadership at Colorado Technical University. In 2018, he graduated with his Doctorates of Management. Dr. Wiggins has a love for his community. Wanting to give back, he has volunteered on various boards to pay it forward. He also finds time to still provide leadership coaching to his military and civilian coworkers when needed. One goal of his is to become a professor at the collegiate level teaching communication and leadership/management. Dr. Wiggins also has a passion for Public Service and creating a space where our leadership reflects the people of our community. He also is a recent graduate of the Colorado Governors Fellow in partnership with CiviCo. Dr. Wiggins aspires to become an elected representative for the state of Colorado.

ROB PAYO Rob Payo is the Director of Youth Education at Denver Urban Gardens (DUG). With over 35 years of experience in informal education, Rob values the importance of providing people of all ages with experiences that build stronger community and foster lifelong learning. Prior to DUG, Rob served as Teacher Programs Consultant for the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, supporting teachers across Colorado and the nation with interactive and engaging professional learning in science education. Rob holds a BA in Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado-Denver. Rob is also a professional actor in local Denver theater, a life and leadership coach, and an avid world traveler in search of the perfect pastry.

QUENTIN FINNEY Quentin Finney is a human, father, best-selling author, international certified mindfulness teacher, member of the Forbes Coaches Council, and long time practitioner. In the tech sector since 1999, he has held various operational and executive leadership roles with organizations including Google, Red Hat, EMC, and six startups. Over the last decade, he has worked with dozens of Fortune 500 companies, international government organizations, and nonprofits, all in the name of building high trust environments where people can thrive in connection and community. Introduced to meditation in middle school, he turned to more formal meditation study and deep self inquiry 20+ years ago in order to be more fully present with this thing called life. He now focuses on helping others as they discover the inner wisdom they don't always recognize they have, especially when leading during times of transition, high-stress, and crisis. He firmly believes we're just not meant to do any of this alone.
