Turtles In the Great Barrier Reef

Turtles are getting hurt by plastic trash/waste. Indeed, eating plastic bags is one of the main problems for turtles. Plastic bags are able to hurt the stomach of turtles, so they can't eat anymore and die.

Uluru

Uluru is very sacred to the Aboriginal people (the first people of Australia). However, rock climbing is very popular there. This means it makes the rock more fragile, with people trampling on it all day. Also, it pollutes the environment around because people throw their plastic bottles or trash in the wild, not in bins.

Wombats

Wombats are very cute. However, they are losing their territories. Because people want to build hotels, camping sites and tourist attractions, they cut down trees and remove bushy grasslands. However, this is where wombats eat, so now, they have nowhere to go and nothing to eat.

Border Village Beach

Border Village is a city on the coast of Australia, and it has the most polluted beach in Australia. Walking on this beach and swimming in the sea here is very dangerous because of the plastic trash/waste. Animals also eat this plastic, and so they die.
