Students will make a family tree and use the internet to research their last name for earlist settlement orgin. They will then use powerpoint or genialy to create a family tree and also discuss the finding of thier last name. Then there will be a demoninstraton in front of class for everyone to see thier last name orgins to compare and admire the different answers. This project based learning activity supports student learning by letting them research thier own family history while also comparing other students family orgins.This is what it should look like
