What does it mean?

This bill means if a person brings a written request as to why they can't have the vaccine from health or religious beliefs they are exempt from having to get it. If the employer denies it, they can file a complaint with the secretary of labor that commences an investigation. Social workers promote these policies to help people individually or in communities to lead healthier lives. They support and advocate their patients and community on what's best for them weather that be getting vaccinated or not. If the school or workplace gives them trouble with the written letter, then the social worker can help with the next steps.
