Kamaladevi Chattopadhyay
Kamaladevi Chattopadhyay was an Indian social reformer, freedom activist, actor, social activist, art enthusiast, politician and feminist. She is the first lady in India to stand in elections from Madras Constituency Revived Indian handicrafts and nurtured the greater majority of the country’s national institutions charged with the promotion of dance, drama, art, theatre, music, and puppetry.

Early life
- Kamaladevi came to know of Mahatma Gandhi's Non-Cooperation Movement in 1923, and she promptly returned to India, to join the Seva Dal
- In 1926, she met the suffragette Margaret E. Cousins, the founder of All India Women's Conference (AIWC).
- she became the first woman to run for a legislative seat in India but she lost by a small margin of 55 votes.
- Born on 3 April 1903 in Mangaluru, Karnataka
- She studied about the ancient Sanskrit drama tradition of Kerala - Kutiyattam
- She got married in 1917 at the age of 14, but was widowed two years later.
- when she was twenty years old, Kamaladevi married Harin.
- Eventually, after many years of marriage, they parted ways amicably.
- Kamaladevi broke a tradition by filing for divorce.
The All-India Women's Conference
1930s & 1940s
- she was a part of the seven member lead team, announced by Mahatma Gandhi, in the famous Salt Satyagraha (1930)
- On 26 January 1930 she gained widespread media attention when in a scuffle, she clung to the Indian tricolour to protect it.
- When World War II broke out Kamaladevi was in England, and she immediately began a world tour to represent India's situation to other countries and drum up support for Independence after the war.
- In 1927, she became a founding member of the All-India Women's Conference (AIWC)
- During her tenure, she travelled extensively to many European nations and was inspired to initiate several social reform and community welfare programs

Komaram Bheem is known as the brave warrior of Telangana. He was a Gond(Indigenous) tribal and was born on 22nd October. Komaram Bheem birthplace was Jodeghat of Asifabad in Adilabad,a District of Telangana. The Gonds took a small part of the popluation as the area which was ruled by Chanda (Chandrapur) and Ballapur.

Some Unknown facts
Narasimha Reddy was the Governor in Military of Rayalaseema. He commanded 66 villages including Kadapa, Anantpur, Kurnool, etc.
After the British captured the area of Rayalaseema, Narasimha had refused to share the income produced from this area
To defeat the British, he had backed military operations and to do so, he resorted to the proxy wars.

A Revolutionary fact
- He revolted against the administration after killing a ranger, Rudraram. The district collector took the revolt seriously and ordered Watson (an officer) to arrest Narasimha Reddy.
- However, Watson failed to arrest Reddy and the British Government declared Rs. 5000 for a tip of Reddy and Rs. 10,000 for his head.
- On 23 July 1846, he, along with his army, attacked the British Army in Giddalur and ran away. To arrest Narasimha Reddy, the British Army captured his family in Kadapa.

- When British officials came to know about the whereabouts of Narasimha Reddy, they besieged the area completely and on 6 October 1846, Narasimha Reddy was arrested at midnight.
- After being arrested, he was beaten up hard and tied up with thick chains. Thereafter, he, worn in bloody clothes, was taken to streets of Koilkuntla so that nobody could dare to revolt against the British administration.
Death
After six weeks of his arrest, on 22 February 1847, he was hanged publicly in Koilkuntala at 7 a.m. About 2000 people gathered to see his hanging.
