Climate change
Since 1880, the global average temperature has greatly increased. This change in temperature is causing a lot to change in our Earth, so it is important to understand the causes of climate change and how we can stop this.

why are temperatures increasing?
The increased presence of these gases is caused by various human activities, or things that humans do that affect the Earth.
This increase in global average temperature is caused by an increase in carbon dioxide and methane levels in the atmosphere.
Carbon Dioxide and methane redirect some outgoing energy back towards Earth, creating a system in which more energy enters than exits, and total amount of absorbed energy increases.
