How did we organize the task in our team?

1. An informative programme of knowledge of the area in agreement with the city council and the provincial council to be developed between July and October. In this programme there is an item for personnel costs.
2. A summer camp for children, to be held in July and August. In keeping with our philosophy, 10 scholarships out of a total of 80 places will be granted to the most disadvantaged children in the area, who will participate free of charge without paying any fees.
3. An indoor football championship for the youth of the municipality. Federated referees and event organizers would be paid an expense allowance. Participating teams would be charged a fee. In addition, the association maintains a general activity that generates income from membership fees and an end-of-year party. At the same time, the association's office expenses are financed by this income. We are in charge of drawing up the association's budget for the academic year 2023/24.
