Specialists still insists saying that sport is vital for improving our health in a direct way due to its benefits:

Sleeping benefits us to relax our body for a few hours, specifically helps us improve our health and quality of life
There are six types of nutrients, and the WHO divides them in two big categories:

Our quality of sleep also depends on the hours we sleep, for example a baby needs about 16 hours of sleep, while adults need approximately 8 hours.
Anyways, although is true that there are somethings that we can eat more often, we always have to follow a varieted diet acording to the food pyramid.
It should be noted that there are problems sleeping, such as insomnia, hypersomnia and may be due to waking up too late or too early, problems with education or family
In conclusion, for our health it is because it is what our parents force us to sleep early
