First, look at the Relationships card. You can see which Customer Profile a particular Customer is currently related to.
From the Contact, Note, or Task you want to pin to another Customer, click the three dot menu then click Pin To Another Customer
Click the name of the other Customer that has a noted Relationship in Gladly.You can still pin if there is no Relationship. Just use the search feature to find the other Customer Profile.
Confirm that this is the correct Profile. Click Confirm. This pins the Conversation to the Customer Profile. That's it!
