The image represents trust because in business the handshake is a symbol of trust and approval. By trusting and approving of your teammates you can establish trust in them and it will improve the health of the team. Also, the image represents push and shove when it comes to working with a team. You have to sometimes take the wheel nad guide the group in the right direction, and sometimes you have to lay off the brakes and let someone else guide you in the right direction. Trust makes this possible and makes a team run smoothly.

This article is helpful because it teaches people how to trust and how to build trust within a team. One of the biggest takeaways for me from this article is that trust can be created through leading by example.
