  • Sabas;
  • Brown sugar;
  • Water;
  • Jackfruit.

HOW TO MAKE TURON?

For the roll:
Prepare the filling:

3. Put the fillings on the spring rolls (lumpia) wrappers and wrap it to secure it.

4. Deep fry the rolls and serve with the sauce

1. Cut the sabas in halves lenghtwise and add jackfruit.2. Dredge the sabas in sugar until fully coated.

For the sauce:

Prepare the caramel the way you prefer or used to.You can make it light or heavier adding cream to the recipe.
