Mission Story:
Ultimate bad guy, Adrian Toomes AKA The Vulture, has stolen the 2022-2023 top secret scientific names right out of Scientific International Committee Vault at Lone Star! Members of Secret Command are Dr. Bhalla, Mr. Clemmons, Ms. Ditter, Mrs. Engel, Mrs. Hallum, Mrs. Jha, and Mrs. Slater.
As agents in training, you must complete daily training sessions, break secret codes, intercept communications, obtain new tech tools, and work together with your allies to find The Vulture, retrieve these very valuable scientific names and save the world!Remember, The Vulture does not want you to learn this stuff, so be on the lookout for booby traps and sabotage
Mission Story:
Your first mission, should you choose to accept it... Today you will enter a world of intrigue and espionage. You’ll be working with your allies (group) to Break In to the international scientific committee. As a squad (class), you will all need to complete every activity to help our entire Ring (Explorers Team) achieve greatness.
Together, you will race against the clock to complete several mini missions to gather the information and skills you will need to become the best agents in training you can be!
Mission Objectives:
By the end of this mission you will be able to:
Identify the essential components to scientific naming inside the scientific headquarters.
Describe the importance of viruses and bacteria.
Describe & explain the characteristics of the Plant, Fungi, Prostis, and Animal Kingdoms
Have an awesome time.
Watch Out
Remember to cooperate with your group and check all of your work before you bring it to Command to be checked. Any work that is not “up to snuff” will set off a penalty costing you precious time! Getting sabotaged will cost you agonizingly unknown minutes of penalty stoppage time as other groups of allies race ahead of you. So make sure to double check your work before you submit!
How to Play
As allies you will need to select one activity at a time. You can complete them in any order that you choose. Work with your allies to complete your chosen activity at your group headquarters Talk with your allies and share what you’re thinking about each activity. You will need to work together in order to complete each activity. Test out what you think you know! Talk out your thinking with your allies. If you’re wrong, think some more and try again. When your group solves a clue, head to The Command with proof of your success to earn a chance to pick a new mission.
Command Cards
Two Command cards are available when you and your allies decide that you are not able to move forward without a little help. These hints are given to you by the facilitator of the game who is watching and observing the group. Cash in these cards by visiting Command at any time. Command cards are not answers, just some information to help your group get over a hurdle or see the information in a new way.

Resources
In the world of secret agents, it is essential to have a group of allies you can count on. These individuals will be there for you for the rest of the marking period. You will have to learn to work together, to address conflict respectfully, to share ideas, and the workload. In other words, these are your people.
Design a mini-poster to hang above your desks that represents all of the Kingdoms.
Taxonomy
A sketchnote is your opportunity to create a visual representation of a text or concept. This is your chance to imagine what a text or concept might look like as a picture.
Good agents always ask the right questions. DIve deeper by writing at least 10 test questions and answers for Command. Use index cards or quizizz.
To be effective, the Allies (your group) needs to know what information they are working with. Introduce yourself to what taxonomy is using these notes. Any incomplete notes will set off a booby trap and cost your allies precious minutes, so make sure all of your allies follow directions!
Good agents are always very aware of their surroundings. Work together with at least one of your allies to complete the Seek Scavenger Hunt. You will use the SEEK APP to discover examples from your kingdom. You will only need to complete one hunt per kingdom.
