our soundproof box

Soundproofing
- All depends on the material
- Sound reflect off of hard surfaces
- Soundwaves with low frequency are absorbed by certain materials
- Soundwaves with high frequency get dampened by others
- Foam or cotton is best:
our box
EvalUation
Next time, we would have added an extra box in the inside of a bigger box which we would cover (the smaller box) in a wool like materiel: eg, socks, scarf, small towel. We would use wool because wool is a adequatel material, being able to absorb a large range of sound waves muffling sounds, even if they are very loud.
what We used...
- We filled the edges of the box with hot glue to stop the sound from leaking.
- A layer of thin foam along the bottom and sides to cover any lasting gaps.
- Cotton hot glued to most of the interior surface area to absorb the sound.
- Thick foam in the remaining areas.
- Covered the phone with cloth to immediatly absorb soundwaves and add another wall
- And finally we left no space in the box to let the soundwaves travel

Evaluation!
When giving a presentation, you need to go after two main objectives: to convey information and avoid yawns. To do this, it can be good practice to make an outline and use words that will be imprinted in the memories of your audience. If you want to add additional information or develop the content in detail, you can do this with your verbal presentation.
We recommend training your voice and rehearsing; the best improvisation happens when you’re prepared!
