Parkour originated in France in 1980 and consists of the rational use of energy, saving time and saving effort when facing the obstacles inherent to adversities in combat or rescue.
Parkour is a physical aptitude based on the motor capacity of the individual, developed from the natural method.

David Belle was born in France on April 29, 1973, he is an actor, athlete and founder of the parkour association - Parkour Worldwide Association (PAWA), World Parkour Association in English.

The what are a Spanish parkour group, formed by Cosmin, Shifer, Alfon, Pintos and Guille. They started very young and little by little they formed and would find themselves training.
