Elon Musk was born on June 28th, 1971 in Pretoria (South Africa) and he is 51 years old. A self made man is just a person who started from scratch and who overcomes the difficulties often alone like Elon Musk. Elon Musk is a self made man 'cause when he was 12 years old he created a game which he sold for $500 and when he was 17 years old in 1988 at the end of his studies from Pretoria Boys High School he announces to his parents that he wishes to study in the United States. He then obtained Canadian nationality by his maternal lineage and left South Africa for Kingston, Ontario (Canada). That's why Elon Musk is a self made man.
