Managing users
As an Admin, you have the ability to add, delete, and manage other user roles for your organization in the Users page. There are three types of roles you can add - User, Admin, or Email Subscription Only. Once created, regular users will be emailed their login credentials, can view feedback results in HappyOrNot Analytics, and can receive subscribed email reports. Email Subscription Only will only receive emailed reports (no credentials for Analytics).

Sent once a day, showing the results of the previous day. Only recommended in specific circumstances or special event weeks.

Daily Report
Subscriptions
Recommended subscription for all users. Sent at the end of each week and month. Monthly report includes additional section for risers and fallers.
Weekly and Monthly Report

Subscription reports can be automatically emailed to admins and users - it is the easiest way to share your HappyOrNot results within the organization. These are set up through your Admin tools in User management.
Can be set for daily, weekly, or monthly (with professional package). Sends a report when a recurring pattern is detected for that period.
