STEP 1:
Hi, my Name is Yadith Mayerly Coy Barbosa, I am 42 years old, I am from Colombia and I live in the city of Bogota, and I am a health administration student, Currently I can say that I have completed my high school graduation and at the same time as a nurse which helped me to open many doors in the world of health, besides I has administrator to study in health administration which opened the doors to know and learn better about my environment and I can say that at my age I have managed to work and study at the same time without neglecting the moments I get with my family another achievement that I would consider very important would be to continue with my professional career in the UNAD, which encourages me to continue achieving my goals and continue improving day by day.

STEP 2:
My medium-term goals will be to finish my college career, so I can have a better position in my job and so I will have obtained my own house that will be much bigger than the one I have now and so I will have more space for my daughter and for our pet and also to go to a city with a warm climate to enjoy every moment even more. Another achievement would be to have my own vehicle either car or motorcycle, as it would make it much easier to transport me from one place to another and reduce the time, to spend more time with my family. Other of these achievements would be to travel to Italy as my family and I like the idea of being able to go to Venice, know their typical foods and take pictures to make great memories and where each of us will be very comfortable in that place. I believe that these will be my most important and necessary goals that I will achieve for myself and for my family, and for which I will fight every day and with the help of God and my family these will be fulfilled.

STEP 3:
My long term goals in 10 years as the main one I will have my own bigger house and outside the city of Bogota as I had already said in the previous paragraph, I will have my third university career finished which would be Modern Languages which I consider a very important career for the future and also to teach my daughter to continue acquiring love for daily learning, another long term goal is to have a house in Italy because that is where we plan to go to live in the future, I will have our business to support us since my daughter by that time will be an entrepreneur and it would be a very good help, My main long term goal, I will have a stable family that will work and acquire new knowledge and we will help each other, I will also have a clinic in Italy to help people who really need it and is easily accessible as well as in Bogota, I will have several offices in Colombia to help people even to have a biomedical technology of easy economic access, I would like to make life easier for low income people in the country, another goal will be to do various types of social services, because helping people will be my happiness.

answering the 5 questions, in the first question my answer would be if I have entered the e-book and beyond that I try to find information on the topics to be covered in the work, the second answer would be if I have seen the recordings because I have not been able to attend all the web-conferences and if I have seen all the guide to be able to do the work, for the third question my answer would be really try to participate in the forum more than I played to have a group but unfortunately my classmates did not participate, and the two people I asked answered me that they were from another group or already had a complete group and therefore in this way I did my work alone, the fourth answer would be that I worked completely alone, the fifth answer would be if I did a previous review of all my work complete.
