COPS

You can see the customer's account information such as the account satus and the address. You can also see the whether the account is on or off test.

At the top are tabs you can access, we'll explore those that we are going to use while on the phone.

Let's start with the first one, please click Edit Account.

now let's take a look at the next tab, Account On/Off Test

You can visit this page if you need to verify the customer's information in COPS and edit them too if that is needed. Take note: information here must match to what is in Pando.

Now let's go to the page with a YUUGEST importance

You can choose the duration of the test mode here by clicking on the green buttons. If you need more than 72 hours for some reason, click more test options. You set an set the account on test up to 30 days here in COPS. We'll learn more about this later.

You can take a close look at the reports here, Names in bold RED text means that report is an alarm. You can click the View button on the left side of each report to see more details.
