- Put your cell phone in another room.
- Take scheduled breaks to help you re-focus.
- Plan for set work times and play times, and place them on a calendar if neccessary.

- Use an agenda book or calendar.
- Check your Edio calendar often.
- Organize desk contents in bins and baskets.
Be Realistic
- Be kind to yourself.
- Tomorrow is a new day.
- Every little win counts!
