Second Conditional

"It is used to raise ideas or actions in the future that are improbable."

If + + past + vsf + comp - + Present + VSF + comp simple conditional (to be use:were) (would)

EXAMPLE:

IF I HAD A PANDA BEAR, I WOULD SELL IT

NEG:
If + + Didn´t + VSF + comp- + present+ VSF+ comp (to be use:weren´t) conditional (wouldn´t)
Example:
If I dind´t study hard, I wouldn`t pass my exam

It is used to think about situations in the past that did not happen and imagine what results they would have had.

Third conditional

AFF:

If + + had + Past- + Would + have + Infinitive + comp. perfect. could should

Example:
If we had had more time, we would have visited Pompeii

NEG:

If + +hadn’t +past+comp- +would+have+ infinitive+ comp. perfect
Example:
If I hadn’t lost my keys, we would have been able to get in the house.
