Fountain Walkthrough: Create a Report
This clickable walkthrough will take you through the process of creating a report in Fountain.
Click to STart
Start by searching for the metrics that you need. Here, we'll search for 'applicant count'.
In this scenario, we'll create a report that pulls data on the number rejected applicants per each of our Openings. We'll then take that data and view it within an interactive Pie chart.

Click Applicant Count to add the metric to the report.

Next, search for Opening by its Name.

Click to add the Openings > Name metric to the report.

Lastly, search for the Rejected metric.
Restart
Add the Rejected metric as a filter by hovering over the metric and clicking the Filter icon.

Click Run to generate the report.
The filter is set to Rejected (Yes / No) is Yes. This means our filter is going to pull applicants who have been rejected in an Opening.

Now that the data has been pulled, click the Visualization dropdown to see a visual representation of the data.

Change the Visualization type to a Pie chart by clicking the Pie icon.

Hover over the chart to interact with the visualization.
