1- stay away from what makes you feel anxious
If you are feeling bad and something is making you anxious, it it is highly recommended to stay away from what makes you feel anxious, if you can not control it by yourself

2-RELAXATION BY BREATHS
This technique is called 4-7-8, or relaxing breathing. How practise it?
- Inhale for 4 seconds.
- Hold our breath for 7 seconds.
- Exhale for 8 seconds.
We repeat this five to ten times.

Make your body tired, to keep your head calm.
Shout
That way to not get stressed is one of the most efficient ways. You can obtain this by doing sport principally (running, jumping or doing the sport that you like), this can cut your symptoms of stress, anxiety or even depression. Also can increase your own confidence and your mind mood.
I choose this technique because in either my opinion and my own experience it is a great way to give off the bad vibes. And another tip, is that when you shout try to do it, focus on your inside and give off.
4-DO YOGA AND LISTEN RELAXING MUSIC
They are instruments of healing and relaxation, which is why they are used in meditation. Within the meaning of bowl, it is ensured that it works for healing because it balances the energies and serves to increase the healthy vibration in our body (physical level).
It helps keep you calm and balanced. It brings together the physical and mental disciplines to achieve a calm body and mind, as well as helping to manage stress, anxiety and keep the individual relaxed.
