My name is Xiomara Tatiana Vidal Largo, I am from Zarzal Valle and currently live in the city of Cali for 7 years, I am studying public accounting at the UNAD. I have always been a very independent person and I love to work. Among my most important current achievements is the opportunity to be able to be studying the career of public accounting, also thanks to this I have been able to move up in my job in which I have just completed 4 years where I currently hold the position of senior treasury analyst, plus I am already close to having my own home. I have a project with my partner which has allowed me to apply all my knowledge acquired in the course of my career and it has also become a personal challenge that generates me many expectations and experience. To achieve these accomplishments, I have had to be very disciplined, dedicated and responsible.

In order to achieve my personal goals in the medium term, it is necessary to make an effort during a certain period of time that will allow them to be finally fulfilled. My personal projects in the medium term are focused on expanding my experience, strengthen my skills and fulfill dreams, I have many projects that I would like to execute but among the most important I have the following, in the professional field I want to expand my knowledge so I am going to do a specialization in tax management at the end of my career that will allow me to expand my knowledge and job opportunities. On a personal level I want to continue with one of my hobbies such as traveling, I will make a trip to Europe which I have been planning for a long time and has always been one of my dreams. Animals are very important to me so I hope to accomplish one of the goals that I have always proposed and in which I have already been making small advances, I will be working on the creation of a foundation for stray dogs and cats which will make me very happy because whenever I have the opportunity I will help them so they can find a home where they love and care for them as they deserve.

My long-term future goals will be focused on achieving stability in the projects and feel the satisfaction for the achievements, in the long term I will have gone to live in another city where I can expand my personal projects and allow me to be closer to my family, in the professional field I will have managed to open my own accounting consulting firm which will aim to advise in an integrated manner to all entrepreneurs in our country so they can formalize their business and generate employment. On a personal level, I will have been able to travel with my husband to different parts of the world such as Africa for a safari, to India to visit the Taj Majal, to the Chinese wall, it is a goal that we both have set and in which we work every day to make it possible. For the fulfillment of long-term goals, it is very important to always be constant, persevere and even if sometimes we think we are not going to achieve it, we must be willing to do everything, it is important to face adversity and get up after every fall. I will have to be proud of accomplishing all the goals I have set for so many years.

Self-assessment For the development of the activity the truth is that I did not review the contents of the e-book, but I did review the guide and each of its steps and reviewed the recording of the web conference since due to lack of time I could not attend.
I made my contributions in the forum at different times but fulfilling what was requested in the guide, I fulfilled my functions of the selected role and I assumed an additional role since not all the partners participated.
We established the day in which we all had to have our contributions to consolidate the information and carry out the revision and delivery of the final work.

My name is Viviana Morales Benavides, I was born in the city of Pasto Nariño, I am 40 years old, married with no children, I live in the city of Cali Valle del Cauca, approximately 18 years old, I am currently studying the fifth semester of Public Accounting, at the university UNAD, during the time that I have been in this city I have managed to obtain satisfactory results in my life project, both personal and professional, I will mention some of them, I have run my first 15k marathon in the last one, I got the subsidy approvals to have housing own and I have managed to create my own women's clothing venture which is managed completely virtual, achieving these achievements taught me to prioritize my time to have discipline and to be organized, it makes me feel very proud and encourages me to stay focused on my others goals.

My long-term future goals will help me stay motivated and focused on the big picture helps keep me on track to achieve my desired future with dedication and hard work, in the long term I will have moved to the new house we bought with myself husband what will allow me to enjoy it with the new family that we form, in the professional field i will have achieved being financially independent, developing my knowledge acquired both in the culmination of my professional career and in the specialization, thus creating my own audit group, where we can offer you to the client to locate the main aspects of their business such as profitability or efficiency. On a personal level, i will have fully mastered two languages, in addition to mother's mother language (read, write and converse perfectly in all three), mastering other languages will allow me to open up to a world of new opportunities, finally having long-term goals is important because it gives you something to strive for and keeps you motivated, reaching long-term goals is very rewarding, for which i will have a sense of pride and satisfaction for achieving the proposed goals and it will help me stay focused and motivated to continue in life towards achieving new goals.

In order to achieve my personal objectives in the medium term, it is necessary to concentrate on them and make adequate planning that allows me to achieve them. My medium-term personal projects are oriented towards the near future, however they require a sustained effort and commitment to obtain them, these projects are focused on strengthening my skills and knowledge and fulfilling my dreams, I will mention some of my important projects among them one in the professional field that allows me to broaden my knowledge so what I am going to do at the end of my professional career is a specialization in auditing which will allow me to consolidate what I have learned and put it into practice in the workplace. At the family level, I will expand my family circle, I will start a treatment to be able to be a mother, which we already had planned with my husband if it could not be done naturally. Growing as a person and learning to improve some aspects of my life is what I propose every day, thus discovering my weaknesses, in the personal sphere so I will be working with trained personnel to lose my fear of speaking in public, so that being a good communicator is one of the most demanded skills in the work environment, in companies they no longer only want you to know how to speak in public, but also to be good at transmitting information.

If it fulfills my functions of the role that I chose for this activity, first motivating my colleagues to make their contributions with their progress and then choosing the evaluation method with the colleagues who participate in this activity. 5. The review has not yet been carried out, but as soon as the consolidation of all the contributions is carried out, it will be reviewed before sending to be sure that everything required in the activity is met.

I am an INPEC non-commissioned officer, I work in that institution to this day, I was promoted as soon as I demonstrated excellent performance and transparency in my work, I have completed several semesters of the university, until the time when I almost graduated as a great Unadista accountant, I am happy with a wonderful family, I have built a huge house, designed to my liking and with many comforts, I have also managed to give my life, my work and my family to God, thanks to that, reaching further and further.

Yes, of course I should study each one and the contents, in order to learn more about what
was seen in the unit. 2. Did you read the guide and all the information presented by your teacher about the task? Did you attend the activity web-conference or checked the recording?
Of course I read the guide that the teacher attached, I could not attend the videoconference
but I did see the recording in order to clear up some present doubts.

I participated in the forum on time, always complying with the participation schedule
stipulated by the course tutor.

and among all of us we contributed the improvements as a group.
