Plan that details the aspects covered by the investigation, the procedures to follow, and the resolution for possible difficulties that may ariseThis stage must consider the following aspects: object of the investigation, purpose, source of information, procedures, materials, costs and financing.

Once the investigation is ready, the data collection begins, the result of the statistics depends on this task. The external investigation of the facts and compilation of the material, can be produced in various ways and for different purposes, its purpose is: to teach, control the results and serve the organization.
Harvest
This stage includes the following aspects: Distribution of the material and subsequent collection, control of the number of forms and the quality of the information collected.
3. ORGANIZATION
Organization
set of review and correction operations of the collected information, which allows us to group and process it.
4. Analysis
The analysis of the data will have to do with the objective of the investigation, it must contain: Analysis and statistical evaluation of the results and the analysis and technical evaluation, according to the type of investigation.

5. Results presentation
total result of the study, understandable, with the corresponding validity, the report contains: statement of the problem, objective of the investigation, hypothesis to be tested, presentation of the adopted methodology, description of the results in the form of tables and graphs, comparative analysis , conclusions and recommendations
