Introduction
My name is Mayerline Rodríguez Muñoz, I am a student of ethno-education at the Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia. I feel fulfilled on a personal level because I dreamed of having a family and I have achieved it, I have a lovely husband and a wonderful daughter. Thanks to my dedication and discipline I have been able to obtain scholarships that will allow me to continue my professional career. I was also able to apply for a scientific research article on the valuation of the native languages of the Camëntsá people, this has helped me to get involved in community work to contribute to the development of the communities. On the other hand, I have worked a lot on my mental health, with the help of psychological therapies I have been able to overcome my anxiety and depression that were caused by the pandemic crisis, now I feel happy and calm. In September 2022 we moved with my family to Cali, it has meant a drastic change especially because Cali is very hot and it is a very big city.

Hello, my name is Kevin Delgado, throughout my life I have made several achievements, I have traveled twice to Mexico and El Salvador, I have known several cities in Colombia, I have learned to play musical instruments such as piano and guitar, I have also managed to learn to dance salsa, merengue, vallenato. They have taught me to cook many things such as: cakes, pies, lasagna, rice with coconut, and a variety of healthy dishes. I have made new friends who are very good people and help me to be better. Little by little, I have been able to overcome shyness, which is an emotion that affected how I feel and how I behave when I am with others. In addition to that I have learned to save because it was not something that was easy for me, and I believe that by saving a lot I can accomplish other achievements similar to the ones mentioned above.

My name is Yina Marcela Martinez Trochez, I am 22 years old, currently living in Cali. I belong to the CEAD of Santander de Quilichao and have been studying for the seventh semester of my degree in Early Childhood Education. I am a woman who likes to fight for her dreams and goals. This has led me to fase difficult moments to achieve my accomplishments, such as separating from my parents to work and study in Cali, which was a challenge to become independent and self-sufficient. Nevertheless, it has been an important achievement as, I have learned to manage my money well and save. Besides, I have become more open to communicating with others and enjoy living alone. I am also progressing well with my pedagogical practices as I love to teach and share my time with children.

Development: Short term Goals and expectations (5 years).

In a year's time, I will have finished my bachelor's degree and I plan to apply to the ONU, where I will be able to apply as a volunteer. I will study a master's degree focused on rural development and I will join the PNUD, since it is a program dedicated to empowering communities to achieve social development. On the other hand, my family is going to travel to Mexico, in two years we will be traveling with them in this country that we like very much for its cultural richness and its gastronomy. My husband and I are saving to buy a country house, by then we will be building a vegetable garden and surely planting tubers, beans, tomatoes, onions and potatoes. When I graduate, I will be starting an English course because it is a general rule to work at the ONU, due to the geographical diversity all employees must know English, so I will strive to learn this language to have better job opportunities. Finally, at the end of this year I am going to have a party to celebrate my wedding anniversary, I plan to invite my dad, my mom, my brothers and my aunts and uncles.

Now, I am going to tell you about my personal goals in the medium term which are: in 5 years I will move to Medellín, one of the most beautiful cities in Colombia, I will master one or two languages English and French, I am going to be economically independent, so I can take care of my own expenses and be on my own resources, I will expand my social circle for that I will meet more people and also carry out new activities with old friends and acquaintances. I am going to travel 3 times a year to Europe, and visit countries like Germany, France, Italy, UK and Spain. In 5 years, I am going to achieve a promotion in my job, it is something I have planned, for this I must improve skills such as problem solving, conflict management, communication skills, emotional intelligence, and analytical thinking. Another personal goal is that I will win with my team the local soccer tournament since it is a sport that I like very much, and I will also jog regularly every week since it is considered the best aerobic sport for cardiovascular health and for burning calories, and finally I will read a book of my interest every month because reading is an essential resource for your training process.

My medium-term goals are to pass all the courses with a high percentage. I will also want to acquire a lot of knowledge and learning that the university offers me with its different channels such as the Children's Red Library, among others. As an intern working with children, I need to know didactic methodologies and pedagogies to reach boys and girls in their different environments that have different needs. That's why I am going to continue researching continuously. I will be a practitioner who knows the realities in which children live. On the other hand, graduating with honors is another goal. I am going to have more employability and stability opportunities in the future to continue helping my family, who are my engines to continue fighting and dreaming of a better future. Another medium-term goal is to travel with my parents to beautiful places in Colombia like Cartagena and Santa Marta in gratitude for all those scoldings and advice that they gave me on time to become a woman with a sense of perseverance and vision, of separation, perseverance, and undertaking again. In this way, I am going to enjoy in life all that sacrifice they have made for me to study.

In a few years I will probably be in Spain, by then I will have finished studying English. Then, I will have traveled to Cali, moved to a nearby town, and opened a community house to teach environmentally friendly planting practices. By then, I will have created agreements with universities or UN agencies to offer courses on environmental conservation. I like to write articles, research and meet with indigenous communities to make their cultural traditions and cosmovision visible, probably in a few years I will have published some manuscripts on cultural practices and their ways of planting, this is very valuable because it contributes to the recognition of their ancestral knowledge. On the other hand, I plan to help my parents, they like the countryside, they have lived for many years on a farm, they like to raise chickens and grow cocoa, so I want to give them a country house, but where there is no FARC presence. On the other hand, I have talked to my husband, I have told him that I would like to have another baby, by then our economic situation will have improved and we can have more time to dedicate to our baby, and to our daughter Angélica, there will also be a big house in the countryside, to enjoy nature.

Finally, I am going to tell you my long-term goals, in 10 years I will have bought a big house in the center of the city, I will also have created a company to export products, I will have bought three cars of my favorite brands, in ten years I will have created an online sales channel for my business, I will have married the girl I like, have children and start a family. Among my long-term goals and hopes is that I will have traveled to Asia several times in a year, as I am a guy who likes reading, in ten years I will have published a book, science fiction which is my favorite genre, and I will have been a writer of international renown and translated into several languages. In ten years, I will have done a doctorate in my professional field, and become a person who enjoys job stability, I will also have designed, and developed innovative technology to make people's lives easier, I will have founded an international non-profit organization, for many years I will have been a person with a healthy lifestyle, and who promotes exercise and good nutrition to others. To finish my goals in 10 years, I will have completed my master's degree in child development. I will also have built my two-story house in Santander de Quilichao, as I love the climate, commerce, nature, and landscapes to stroll around. Additionally, I will have constructed an educational institution that includes preschool and transition programs to provide educational opportunities to boys and girls in Jambalo, Cauca, which is my place of origin. By doing so, I will have contributed to my community by providing access, convenience, and job opportunities with a good institution where parents can enroll their children from two to six years old. On the other hand, I will have visited Brazil and taken a 10-day family tour, especially in Rio de Janeiro, as I will have loved its culture, traditions, and beaches. Finally, I will have searched for a loving and respectful husband who values me just as I am, with whom I will form my home, and I will have had a daughter and a son named María Paz and Benyamin.
