Short term Goals and expectations (5 years).

Within my purposes for the next 5 years, it is first to finish my professional career in agroforestry engineering, I also want to undertake projects that link the peasant continuously and thus make the Guaviarense countryside more productive and that the industry can reach these territories . I want to strengthen productivity from my own experience, that is to say, carry out production planning on my parents' farm which ranges from short, medium and long term, which will guarantee them a more sustainable economy, in addition to teaching them how to sell their products either as raw material or processed. And to give continuity to my dreams as a child, I want to continue traveling to different places, among the most important being the Colombian Pacific coast, Ecuador, Brazil and Mexico. In addition, I consider that traveling helps me strengthen my knowledge and I will be able to replicate production methods from other places that can be adapted to this territory and that are sustainable

For my more distant future I see myself as a leading person, with a little more experience as a professional, at that time I will be approximately 37 years old, I consider at that time having my own company where I mainly provide accessories to peasants in relation to environmental care environment and sustainable production, I will continue working with organizations for self-management, in addition to leading a quieter life in the countryside, surrounded by many animals, such as horses, dogs and cats. In my life purpose I do not consider the possibility of having children, it is possible that I find a partner with those ideals. And in the same deep desire I want to carry out a 50-hectare reforestation project where various timber and non-timber species are linked and that this place can be a refuge for many species of fauna and flora that are threatened by man's cultural activities. That would be my most significant contribution as a human being for this short life on earth.

Short term Goals and expectations (5 years).

One of my expectations in the medium term is that I am going to do a specialization in order to graduate from my career, I will graduate in agroforestry engineering. On the other hand, I will be the first engineer in the Blandón family. I want to start a routine and strengthen myself physically, buy more colorful and different clothes. Since I was a child I have wanted to know many places in the world, especially I will be in San Francisco California, once in the United States, I will want to buy a phone 14 pro max, I would like to learn English and know Disney world. After my trip to the united states, we will be traveling with my family to Turkey, there we will fly the balloon in cappadocia and overcome claustrophobia by visiting the subway city of Derinkuyu. Another of my goals is to focus on buying my apartment, I would love to choose the clothes I will no longer wear and give them to an institute or hostel. When I fulfill my expectations as a student and professional, I plan to do research with my colleagues about the native and introduced trees that we have in the region where I grew up.

In the future I want to continue to lead a more physically and mentally active life. Once I become a professional with my years of experience, I will continue saving to buy a fifth house for my parents, and fulfill all their whims. Personally, I want to have a second career, change professions to live my passion and that is to be a United States Military, to have a command of three languages completely mastered. By the time I am financially stable and as the years go by, I will want to share my life with a man with whom I want to form a family, have two children and a Siberian Husky dog, live in a country house, have bought a Paso Fino horse, and many small animals. Finally, to be the leader of my own agricultural and livestock company, to give advice to people who need it for those who want to transform their farms to a productive system.

Cordial greeting, my name is Duvan Arley Gomez Vanegas, I am a person focused on getting ahead, noble and humble, I really like to dance, meet new people and learn about different topics about nature and the environment; I have focused on them because they have been part of my life. Animals and their environment have caught my attention and thanks to my efforts, I have studied a technician in agricultural production, I have bought my laptop to continue my studies. I enrolled at the National Open and Distance University UNAD. I have new friends at the university, whom I met in different practices, I am studying the fifth semester of Agroforestry Engineering. I have presented some proposals to work on a Hydroponics project with a Robotics school called ScienceBot, this makes me consider that they are ones of the most significant achievements that I have developed in the last 3 years.

Medium-term future goals After finishing my studies, I want to start a working life, to help me add to my resume, in this way I will open up the field for the day I start my project, have the necessary contacts to receive aid from abroad, or from the competent entities in what you wanted to develop. I am going to start an investigation on the care of wild animals in a few years, what he wanted is to build a nature reserve. The nature reserve will have its mention as the largest in Guaviare. I will contribute to the protection of fauna and flora that is in danger due to different activities such as the house, domestication and other activities that harm nature. I plan to do a master's degree in management, have a house with an environmental theme of reducing pollution and the good use of natural resources. Working with national parks is also an activity that I want to do in the future, with them they could visit other countries and even write documentaries about some discovery or some investigation. I will be able to collect information on the Jaguar, one of the species of the Guaviare that has caused astonishment by being seen after many years. I will be preparing to meet these goals.

When the nature reserve is up and running, I'll think about having my own family and guiding them to continue with this beautiful project. I will have a daughter and she will have learned all about the nature reserve to keep order when I leave her in charge. The reserve will be a point where people from different countries will be able to do research, I would even like a document to exist from the place and I know that I will have done it before leaving it in the hands of my children. For this, they would have to carry out a long process where they seek alliances with entities that are willing to protect the environment. And as fundraisers are carried out, remodeling and designing new areas for more species is carried out, based on all this, to be able to have a foundation so that they are not going through good conditions in their homes and instill in them the importance of environmental education. It is very important to teach children that without trees we cannot have the air with which they breathe. I only hope that when I am gone, my family is interviewed and my children are asked how they think everything was possible and they can answer "He will have done it all with God's help"

I am Naila Conde, I have always stood out for being a serious person, but with a good sense of humor, empathetic, responsible and that every day strives to be better for herself and her family. I have always been characterized by always looking for my economic and emotional independence; since I graduated from high school I have worked, except for the last two years, since for family reasons I have not been able to do so. In these years I have had the pleasure of having excellent work colleagues and currently studying, and more than colleagues friends. I have started my university career, which I am very proud of, since due to life circumstances I had not been able to do it, it was one of the things I wanted the most and I am fulfilling it. I have made an effort to have good grades in the courses, although it has been a little difficult for me to keep up with the pace of virtual study.

FMy medium-term goals are to go back to work and regain my stability and economic independence. I will learn to drive a car, I will go to the gym, I will go dancing since I haven't done it for a long time and I will start saving for my house. In my house I will have a big closet to store a lot of clothes and shoes. My daughter will start studying, she will practice sports in her free time and she will not watch TV in the evenings, we will go for a walk and go to a farm where she can meet different species of animals because she loves them. In three years I will be graduating as a professional, followed by a master's degree. My family will be proud of me because we support each other. I will also start studying to learn different languages. My husband is going to start a small business with agricultural products, especially mango, lemon and bovine products. We will visit different exotic and wonderful places that Colombia has, since it is another of my big dreams. In five years I will be celebrating with my family and friends the life and achievements of each one of us, since there are several of us who are struggling at this moment to fulfill our dreams and personal goals.

FIn my long term future, I will have obtained a job in which I will feel happy as a person and as a professional, with a good salary; in my house there will be a completely independent space for my mother to live, since she loves her independence and privacy. I will provide support to foundations that rescue animals and if possible I will adapt a space in the farm to be a temporary or permanent home for many animals in need. Although, I want a formal job and work with public entities either at the National, Departmental or Municipal level; I will have created my microenterprise, since I do not plan to stay all my life as someone's employee. I will have my dream car. I will have finished my master's degree with great effort and dedication; also, I will speak at least two languages and I will continue studying to learn more. My family, they will be very proud of my achievements. I not only want to get to know the natural and cultural diversity of Colombia. As we get to know our country, we will also have traveled to at least Greece and England to see its scenic and architectural beauty. My husband, he will have successfully established his micro-enterprise. We will be building our dream house on the farm. Our daughter, she will have finished elementary school and will be in her first years of high school.
