HONOLULU

Honolulu is the capital of Hawaii, and is from the island "Oahu". The firsts emigrants where Polynesians. In Hawaiian “Honolulu” means "place of shelter" ("lugar de resguardo"). Before it was called Kou.

MAUI

Maui is an volcanic island in the island of Hawaii.The island is named after the legendary demigod Maui. According to tradition, this hero, known in different parts of Polynesia, created the islands by fishing them from the bottom of the sea with a magic hook. Maui is also a strong character of Moana.

WAIKIKI BEACH

Is the most popular beach in Hawaii. It is situated in Waikiki that is in Honolulu.Is popular because their funny neighborhood with hotel towers that surrounds the coastline and for its popular surfing beach.

INTERESTING FACTS

Surfing was invented in Hawaii, Hundreds of years ago. You can send a coconut from Hawaii to anyone. The Hawaiians greet isn’t with a handshake is with a hug. There are no snakes in Hawaii. Each island in Hawaii has an official color and flower.
