Attach a Knowledge Article to a Case
We've said it before and we'll say it again - Knowledge articles in Salesforce the best first resource to use when you need an answer! But did you know you can also attach the article to your case, to further enhance your documentation?
First, right above where you will see your case comments, click on 'Knowledge'.
Once you locate the article that assists you with answering the customer's question, click the paperclip icon to attach to your case.

You will now see the article attached under the Chatter tab in the center of your case!
