New option in the drop-down menu on the Create New Report window

US Barclays Expense Policy & US Barclays P-Card Expense Policy

For those that were issued both Barclays cards, these options remain in the drop-down menu until charges cycle through and accounts are closed.

Barclays charges will continue to be processed in SAP Concur until the Barclays charges complete the payment cycle.

Automate the expense reporting process

Expense Assistant automatically creates expense reports as your expenses flow into Concur. Users who opt-in to using Expense Assistant to automatically create expense reports.

Enable Expense Assistant follow the steps below

1. Go to Profile > Profile Settings
2. On the left side under Expense Settings, click on Expense Preferences
3. Under Sign me up for..., next to Expense Assistant using this method, click on the drop down, select the method that best fits your needs

Entertainment: Add a breakdown of the cost of meals and venues. Entertainment is the cost of a venue to entertain clients and Colleagues for amusement or recreation. (such as night clubs, lounges, theaters, concerts, golf outing or sporting events)

Entertainment is NOT Colleague business meetings, travel or meals incurred individually or as a group.

1. Complete required fields and Save expense
2. Click Add Receipt
