William Shakespeare was born in 1564 in Stratford-upon-Avon (that's why he was called the bard of Avon), he was a poet, actor, and dramatist who was very popular in London in 1576 until he died but he is still famous nowadays. His father was John Shakespeare, a glove maker and his mother was Mary Arden a Farmer's daughter.

He studied latin, greek and history, and three years after he left the school, he married Anne Hattaway and had 3 children: Susana Hall and two twins, Hammet Shakespeare and Judith Quiney.In 1576 he went to a theater in London to work as an actor and lately he started making plays but in 1593 the plague attacked London and all the theaters closed.

At that time he started writing short poems called "sonnets" and he gained money.Later in 1599 he opened a giant theater called "The Glove" that was round and had spacce for 3000 people.

He made 38 plays and some of his best plays and sonnets are: Romeo and Juliet, Hamlet, sonnet number XVII and XXIX.Finally, Shakespeare died the 23rd Of April of 1616, one day after de death of Miguel de Cervantes.
