• Different jobs: full pharmacists, assistant pharmacists, pharmacy dispenser, rayonnist

• Observed activities: vaccination, covid tests, delivery of medications, order preparation

• Activities performed: price tagging, shelf placement, order preparation, sorting of drugs in stock
