Pinterest is an app, wich allows us to organize our interests into albums, and we can share photos with various themes such as games, movies, clothes, perfumes and other things. When the user enters in the app they start the experience on the homepage, where most of the content is based on themes we choose when we create que account.

Pinterest was officially lauched in march 2010, wich was founded by Ben Silbermann, Evan Sharp and Paul Sciarra. On August 16 2011, Time magazine ranked Pinterest as on of the "Top 50 sites of 2011"

Advantages

The advantages of pinterest are:

  • The varieties of content
  • Quality of images
  • We can publish our works
  • And it is a place full of inspirations

Disadvantages

The disadvantages of pinterest are:

  • It may seem confusing at first
  • Limited interaction
  • To import images they must have good quality
  • To access things we need a website or blog
