Option 1: Golf Suites
Who's Invited?
- All staff members, their children and soses, and a plus one for single people
When
- 6 pm- 9 pm
- The space will be available starting around 4:30 pm for set up but we can set up earlier if needed.
The Fun:
- Spacious for 350+ people
- Can use floors 1-2 for programming and floor 3 as a sensory space if needed.
- Jumping Jiminy for games for older kids, bounce house, face paint, and crafts for smaller kids.
- Intentional spaces throughout include but are not limited to spaces for intentional conversation and board games.
- DJ and stage outside
- Photo slideshow on TV screens
- 124 people can golf at a time on each floor
- Heated during the winter and we may be able to rent and bring fire pits
- Estimated price for 350 people- $17,000

1:30- 2:30 pm: Lunch at Shangri-La 2:45- 4:00 pm: Session 1- Pastor Mike word of the year 4:00-6:30 pm: Check in to rooms & break(prep for karaoke) 6:30-9:00: Dinner, Karaoke & Superlatives
9:00 am: Staff reports to Towers for breakfast9:00am-10:15am: Breakfast 10:15-10:45: Load the busses 11:00 am: Busses depart 1:00 pm: Busses arrive
