Life of an AMerican Teenager during the civil right MOvement

The civil rights movement, when it was at its peal, drew many teenagers and young adults in hoping that the government would change their mind after seeing how much this meant to many people. Many teenagers during the Civil Rights Movement were not able to enjoy the fun and normal tings that we are able to do now. They were not able to go out anywhere with all the protest and they were dragged into protests. Even though this sounds like not a lot of fun, the protests were something the youth were very excited about. They really wanted to create a difference in their world. Youth activism really gave the Civil RIghts movement a new perspective.
