Affirmative: subject + verb Negative: subject + aux. verb "to do" + not + verb Interrogative: aux. verb "to do" + subject+ verb

Uses

  • To talk about things that happen regularly: habits, routines Adverbs of time
  • To talk about permanent situations or scientific facts
  • To give instructions (imperative form)
