The most part of the colosseum is made up of travertine, the statues were made up of marble, wood in the arena and bricks in some parts of the caveas

The colosseum have an eliptic plant that could albergate 50.000-70.000 persons

Nowdays, is one of the most visited places in the world with around 6 millions persons per year

as we all know the colosseum is in a ruin state, but in the next years are going to reconstruct it
