BECOME AN EGGS-PLORER WITH THE SCIENCE TEAM

Arrival of eggs

Our chicken eggs will be arriving on Monday 6th March! The company providing them is "Living Eggs" Come over to the science department to see them and hold them!

Hatching and Naming

The eggs will hatch by Thursday 09th March - in time for Science Week! We are taking suggestions for chick names. Please bring your suggestions to Ms Ahmed in S30.

Reserving the chicks

Once they are hatched the company will come back and take the chicks to a farm where they will be looked after as free-ranged chicken. We have been given permission to give away the female chicks to individuals that are able to look after them. To reserve female chicks, you must have your parents email in, show a picture of your coop and have a big enough garden for this. First to email basis.
