He attended the elementary school in Atlanta.At university he studied theology and Philosophy and he graduated in sociology in 1940.
Who is he ?
Martin Luther King was born in Georgia ,united states on January 15 th 1929.His nickname was Doctor King.

His important success
He helped found the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, an organization dedicated to the full equality of African Americans in all aspects of American life. He promoted nonviolent tactics to gain civil rights and led a number of peaceful protests, such as the famous March on Washington in 1963. He was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1964.
His protest
Was an American activist, politician and Protestant pastor, leader of the African American civil rights movement. He led the Montgomery Alabama boycott public transportation campaign, then organized mass protests and demmonstrations to protect the rights of African Americans.He wrote, gave speeches, and organized mass nonviolent protests and demonstrations to bring public attention to racial discrimination.
His assassination
On April 4, 1968, Martin Luther King was shot and killed while standing on the balcony of a motel in Memphis, Tennessee. Shot by James Earl Ray, racist common criminal and staunch advocate of segregation.
