On 2nd of September 2023, they are going to do the Sherlock Holmes walking tour(18€ per person). It starts at 10.30 am in front of Criterion restaurant on Piccadilly Circus, next to the Criterion Theatre where you will find your guide waiting for you (4 minutes on foot from the hotel). You must arrive at least 15 minutes early at the meeting point so the tour will leave on time, this is the location where Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson first met and then visited literary sites from gentlemen’s clubs to grand hotels featured in some of the novels and short stories, as well as the London that inspired the author of the books, Arthur Conan Doyle.

You will visit many of the movie and TV locations and inspirations in London and there you can ask your tour guide anything you want to know about Holmes and Watson. The tour will finish at Somerset House on The Strand at 1.00 pm. After the tour if you’re hungry you can go to Hyde Park and find some street food stands and taste the traditional fish and chips. In the afternoon you have a huge programme: the theathral show about “The Mousetrap”, an Agatha Christie’s thriller (a whodunnit→ who has done it) at the Royal Albert Hall. The show is at 3.00 pm and it lasts 2h40’. After the show you can go to “Toklas" restaurant for dinner.

In the morning of the 3rd of September 2023, they are going to visit the Victoria & Albert Museum, an enormous museum opened in 1852 that houses many works of art belonging to the Italian Renaissance. It is located near Hyde Park in Cromwell road (distance from the hotel: 15 minutes by taxi, price: 10.00 £). The ticket is free and the visit lasts 2 hours. After the visit they are going to eat at Honest Burgers South Kensington (a pub 3 minutes on foot from the museum).

In the afternoon they’re going to do a walk at Trinity Square Gardens where they can relax and see the Tower Hill memorial in memory of fishermen and merchant seafarers who were killed by enemies’ actions during the world wars and have no grave. (Distance from the pub: 25 minutes by taxi; price: 20.00 £) At 6.00 pm they have to go to Tower Hill station situated near to the park for the Jack The Ripper Walking Tour, a guided tour that will let our customers discover a darker and creepier side of London. The tour takes place in the places where the anonymous serial killer acted in 1888 (Whitechapel district). It lasts approximately 1 h 30 minutes and it finishes near Liverpool Street Station. Tickets price: 30,00 £ ; available on visitlondon.com After the tour a dinner at The Ivy City Garden Restaurant is recommended (4 minutes on foot from the station). After the dinner they come back to the hotel by taxi.( 30 min, price 24,00 £=27,00 €).

On the 4th of September, they will finish their trip in Harrods, a huge victorian style mall located in Brompton Road where they can do shopping in the morning (distance between the hotel: 15 minutes by taxi, price: 10.00 £). In the end, they will go back to the hotel by taxi and then they will check-out.
