Project Rubric
Advertisement poster
Use the information from your research to create an advertisement poster that will inform people about your cause and persuade them to join you. Your poster must include:
- a catchy slogan
- a clear, impactful message; strong impactful arguments and/or appeals to emotions or logic
- elements that inspire interest and support for the cause
- illustrations created by you
- must use color
A written explanation of your cause, the reason you chose it (meaning why it is important to you), and the sources you used to research it must be written on binder paper or typed and printed and turned in with your poster.
political cartoon
Create a political cartoon that has a clear, impactful message and uses strong arguments and/or appeals to emotions or logic. Its purpose is to inform others about your cause and persuade them to join you. Your cartoon must:
- include at least one or two cells
- be drawn by you
- be in color or black and white (charcol, drawing pencil, or ink)
- have a caption and/or dialogue for each cell
- be drawn on drawing paper or poster board

- speak clearly and with expression that shows great interest in the cause
- speech: must include slideshow for presentation, 1-3 slides

- may include background music
