VS
Present Perfect Continuous
Present perfect continuous is a mix between present continuous and present perfect simple. Subj + aux have + been + verbing + obj It is used to talk about actions that started in the past and have been continous to the present. We have been studying English for two months. I have been teaching English for 14 years.
Be careful
States verbs such as: appear. believe. belong. consider. consist. contain. cost. can't go in the continuous form. For these verbs, you must use present perfect. If an action is too quick, you shouldn't use present perfect continuous: He has been having an accident. (incorrect) He has had an accident. (correct)
Let's play a game!
Let's kill a dragon.
