How to Shoot a Right Hand Jumpshot

Foot Placement

Place your feet shoulder width apart. Your left foot should be slightly out in front of your right foot.

Hand Placement

Your left hand will be your guide hand, on the side of the ball. Then your right hand will be your shooting hand, under the ball.

Knee Bend

Bend your knees slightly as this will be where the power comes from.

Power Up

Push through your knees and jump in the air.

Follow Through

Shoot the basketball then hold your shooting hand through the entire motion of your jumpshot.
