relationship between wordsworth and nature

Since the early '800 poets were very devoted and grateful to nature, because that was considered like a source of life and joy for every human being. In particular we'll consider Wordsworth, who is probably the most important poet who deals with this content.

WORDSWORTH AND HIS DAFFODILS

The poet give to nature, especially in his masterpiece "daffodils", the role of source of feeling, For him there is a great correlation between men and nature (in fact man is part of it) and that is the basis of every good feeling we have. Also for the poet nature is an active forse seen like a goddes on earth.

Relationship between new generations and nature

Today, relationship between man and nature are very different. Nature is still seen like an endless source, but the difference is that today this source is only for men's interest, no more for good feelings.

deforestations

Man use nature like it's an object, not worrying about the fact that this could be, or better this is, extremely dangerous for himself and the entire world.

animal exploitation

natural catastrophes

Actually nature is exhausted, proved by actions of selfish men. We are building our own destruction. For these reasons the goal 15 of the 2030 Agenda deals precisely with this.

GOAL 15

2030 agenda

For these reasons, the 2030 agenda has a specific goal. Goal 15 aims to combat desertification, manage forests, protect animal species, halt biodiversity loss, and, in general, protect nature as much as possible from man himself.

HOW?

  • support with a donation, big or small, it doesn't care!
  • adopt animals, don't buy them;
  • recycle as much as possible;
  • clean your local parks, forests, beaches;
  • reduce the use of paper;
  • don't use pesticide and products tested on animals;
  • stay informed and keep doing your best!
