Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) refers to the responsibility of companies regarding the impacts of their decisions and activities on society and the environment, through:
- transparent and ethical behavior;
- the identification of environmental and societal impacts, wether positive or negative;
- and their consideration by companies in: their offers, their business models, their projects and decisions and finally, their brand identities.
